We provide civil construction, excavation, pre-engineered metal building (PEMB), helical pile foundation, and concrete services across Northern BC and Northern Alberta.

2. What personal information we collect
- Contact form / quote requests: name, phone number, email address, and project details you include in your message.
- Job applications: name, phone number, email address, position applied for, and any experience, certifications, or other information you include in your application. Please do not send sensitive information such as SIN numbers, banking details, or health information.
- Website usage: aggregated, non-identifying analytics.
We do not collect payment information, and we never sell or rent personal information.
3. How we use your information
- Responding to quote requests and project inquiries.
- Assessing and responding to job applications.
- Internal record-keeping and improving our services.
- Meeting legal obligations (e.g., tax, employment law).
4. Who we share information with
We share your information only with service providers who help us operate, under contractual obligations to protect it: our form-processing provider (an n8n workflow service that delivers submissions to our email/records), our email provider, and Google Analytics (aggregate, non-identifying). We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer personal information except as required by law.
5. How long we keep your information
- Quote inquiries: up to 12 months, then deleted unless a project proceeds.
- Job applications: up to 12 months after the posting closes so we can consider you for future roles. You may ask us to delete your application at any time.
6. Cookies and analytics
Our site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate visitor behaviour (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. Our site also uses a cache service (LiteSpeed Cache) to speed up page loads; it does not collect personal information.
7. Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) you may access, correct, withdraw consent to, or request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention obligations. Contact us at info@nexgenindustries.ca — we respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) transmission and access limited to staff who need it to respond to you.
9. Children's privacy
Our services are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision.
